
Gratitude means appreciating yourself and others, noticing and being grateful for our food, clothes, and homes; appreciating our teachers and being thankful for all we learn; looking deep inside and thinking about what are talents are and being thankful for them; loving our strong bodies and our hair, face, etc.; and appreciating the rewards we get when we work hard to attain a goal.
